Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges of eligible products can be requested up to 30 days from when the product was delivered, if product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

US orders will be provided a return label upon request.

International returns are to be paid for by the customer, only then a refund or exchange will be issued.

If an item has a tag, please make sure it is attached to in order to be returned/exchanged. ISLNDZ will not exchange or accept the return of an item that has signs of wear, and/or has been altered.

Items on sale, or at any seasonal discount, are not eligible for a return or exchange.
