US domestic can take 1-3 business days (UPS) after fulfillment.

International shipping varies from country, and carrier (7-30 business days); contact us for an estimate of recent shipments duration to your location.

Some special ITEMs may REQUIRE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING before it can be shipped.

Policy.

ISLNDZ is not responsible for "border & customs" charges on international shipments. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges or duties by local customs or shipping agencies upon delivery.

Please make sure your information is correct and complete with address, phone number and email before placing your order. IF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS SECTION IS NOT CORRECT, THE ORDER can BE RETURNED AND THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

Returns & Exchanges.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—if it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. 

Items on sale, or at any seasonal discount, are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

Returns or Exchanges of eligible products can be requested up to 15 days from when the product was delivered. 

US orders will be provided a return label upon request.

international returns are to be paid for by the customer, only then a refund or exchange will be issued.

If an item has a tag, please make sure it is attached to in order to be returned/exchanged. ISLNDZ will not exchange or accept the return of an item that has signs of wear, and/or has been altered.
